Oxyhydrogen Brazing System
With huge advantages in brazing cost, quality, safety, and speed, oxyhydrogen brazing can help you improve your brazing production lines.
How It Works
Our Oxyhydrogen Generators work through the process of electrolysis, using only water and electricity. The gas (hydrogen and oxygen) generated produces a neutral flame, which develops a temperature of about 3650° C and can weld, braze, or solder all non-ferrous materials.
With operating pressures under 8 psi and no acetone or other poisonous additives, our systems are the safest on the market. Oxyhydrogen outperforms oxyacetylene and any other carbon fuels in terms of providing a fast, hot flame while minimizing the heat zone. Minimizing the heat zone is important for reducing internal oxidation and scaling, maintaining material strength, and minimizing damage to nearby parts.
Our systems are inherently user-friendly providing a perfect stoichiometric gas mixture with no adjusting of valves. This increases quality and consistency and eliminates variables from your production process.
Advantages
Safety and Health
- The system eliminates conventional gas cylinders and the dangers that they pose to the workplace.
- The gas pressure is below 10 PSI throughout the entire system.
- No gas storage, the machine produces gas only on-demand.
- Flashbacks are safely mitigated by integrated redundant systems.
- Requires no dark tinted eye wear, improving operator visibility.
Greener Alternative
- Our Oxyhydrogen Generators have a much smaller environmental footprint compared to production of traditional fuel sources used for Brazing in the industry.
- The combustion of hydrogen and oxygen produces only water vapor, without any CO2 emissions or other harmful gases that are produced by other common brazing fuel sources. (Also a health benefit to the operator.)
Cost Savings (Average 80% Lower Operating Costs)
- The concentrated flame delivers heat with more precision, significantly increasing brazing speed up to 50% over traditional fuel sources.
- The system generates gas from distilled water, eliminating gas costs.
- Quality improvements (detailed below) reduce re-work and warranty costs.
- Eliminates gas transportation costs.
- Eliminates gas storage and handling costs.
Quality Improvements
- Eliminates human error in mixing gases at the torch, by automatically mixing gases for a perfect stoichiometric ratio.
- A more focused flame reduces heat damage to nearby components.
- A smaller heat zone reduces the risk of pipe bursting under pressure.
- The smaller heat zone also reduces internal oxidation.
Ease of Use
- Lighter and more ergonomic torch for more comfortable brazing.
- The concentrated flame allows users to braze in confined areas or near sensitive parts like wires, insulation, or plastics.
- No more swapping out gas cylinders when empty or taking up floor space with empty/full, tanks.
- The torch tips do not wear out over time like the traditional tips.

Gas Generators
Airserco has carried out rigorous product testing, careful process controls, and constant monitoring of every phase of our work. From manufacturing to assembly, the entire production is exclusively carried out in Oweld facilities to enable the internal controls to reliably control the whole production process. We offer a complete range of water gas generators with the highest standards and with a well-established reputation for durability and reliability.
20000HD Gas Generator
The Oweld 20000HD Gas Generator works through the process of electrolysis, using only water and electricity. The gas (hydrogen and oxygen) generated produces a neutral flame, which develops a temperature of about 3650° C and can weld, braze, or solder all non-ferrous materials.
30000HD Gas Generator
The Oweld 30000HD Gas Generator works via the same process as the 20000HD, but offers greater gas production for larger scale applications. The Oweld 30000HD can produce 7,500 liters per hour of gas compared to the 5,000 liters per hour of the 20000HD.
Brazing Station
FP / Start-Up
The start-up unit is an electronic lighter that allows the operator to turn the torch on or off by opening or closing the flow of gas automatically.
EPR (Electronic Pressure Regulator)
The EPR is an electronic device designed to adjust itself and maintain the pressure set on one or more torches connected to a single gas generator.
FA (Electronic Flashback Arrestor)
The FA is a device that, thanks to a sophisticated electronic control, blocks the possible flashback that every operator can accidentally commit.
Modular Support / Metallic Support
The brazing station modular support is a metal structure to keep accessories close to the operator.
What is Optional, What is a Must?
FP / Start-Up: Recommended for easily starting up and turning off flame.
EPR: A must when there are two or more torches connected to a single gas generator.
FA: A must. One piece per torch.
Modular Support / Metallic Support: Optional but recommended. Keeps the three accessories (FP, FA, EPR) close to the operator.
Vaporizer: A must in every brazing station.
OSMI50 (Osmosis Demineralizer)
The OSMI50 is a device capable of producing demineralized water directly from tap water. It is completely automatic and requires only the pressure of water provided by a normal tap. The OSMI50 is used when you have one or more Oweld gas generators working many hours a day – save time by not needing to refill the distilled water tank.
- Dimensions (cm): 35x60x35
- Weight (kg): 8
- Pressure Working Range (bar): 3-7
- Max Water Temp (C): 40 degrees
What is OSMI 50?
