We at Airserco Manufacturing Company LLC prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product according to the following policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to custom orders, perishable items, and clearance items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at staycool@airserco.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
